		<description>Hey Larissa the main ingredients in my protein powder are New Zealand Whey protein isolate, stevia, Soy Lecithin 0.2% it then varies slightly depending on the flavor you choose for example choc mint has cocao and menthol, Vanillin, Menththa Arvensis which are all natural flavourings. 
Generally I just use protein after I do weight training for recovery and then always have food within the hour. I don&#039;t have a shake after cardio training but in saying that I don&#039;t often just do cardio on its own.
