WHAT’S INCLUDED

Classes only packages

Classes are a great way to add variety to your workout routine. At HQ we offer a range of classes to cater to different fitness levels and interests, such as HIIT, and targeted training (Booty Build) . Classes can also help you stay motivated and accountable, as you will have a set schedule and group of people to exercise with. Our classes can provide the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques from our experienced coaches, who can provide feedback and guidance to improve your form and prevent injury. Time poor or not in the miid to travel? Our classes are available both in-house and Livestream over Zoom!

PT ONLY PACKAGES

Our experienced coaches will work with you one-on-one to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our PT only packages include a set number of training sessions including weekly, fortnightly and monthly, as well as a personalised program and nutritional guidance.

We offer a variety of personal training packages and work with you to find the most suitable membership for your budget, availability and fitness goals.

hybrid PACKAGES

Want one-on-one training and coaching but also enjoy group fitness? Our hybrid packages are the perfect way to enjoy the best of both worlds by combining personal training and classes. Our combined PT and classes packages are completely customisable to suit your budget, availability and fitness goals.
